Required Information and Documents

For reliable distribution, the merchant should provide:

  • Delivery manifest or electronic order file
  • Receiver name, complete address and active phone number
  • Product description, quantity and parcel value
  • Invoice, challan or merchant document where required
  • COD amount and collection instructions
  • Return, exchange and re-delivery instructions
  • Any permit needed for regulated goods
Requirements can change by shipment.Incomplete address, unreachable phone numbers, remote locations or inaccurate COD instructions can delay delivery and create additional charges.

Delivery, COD and Recipient Rules

Last-mile shipments must be lawful, safely packed and supported by accurate order information.

  • Prohibited, illegal, unsafe or undisclosed restricted goods are not accepted.
  • The merchant is responsible for the legality, quality and correct description of the product sold.
  • COD collection is subject to approved account terms, limits and settlement procedures.
  • The receiver may be asked to verify identity, order details or payment before handover.
  • Delivery personnel cannot open, modify or exchange goods outside the authorised return procedure.

Service-Specific Terms and Conditions

  • Same-day and next-day services are available only in supported zones and within cut-off times.
  • A failed attempt caused by absence, refusal, wrong address or unreachable phone may create re-delivery or return charges.
  • COD settlement timing follows the signed merchant agreement and successful reconciliation.
  • Fragile goods require suitable protective packaging; acceptance does not transfer responsibility for inadequate packaging.

General Logistics Terms and Conditions

  • Service acceptance is subject to the current laws of Bangladesh, the rules of the origin and destination countries, customs requirements, carrier restrictions and operational availability.
  • The customer must provide accurate sender, receiver, commodity, quantity, value, weight, dimensions, purpose and supporting-document information. Any cost, penalty, seizure, delay or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information remains the customer's responsibility.
  • Prohibited and illegal goods are not accepted. Restricted, controlled, hazardous, perishable, high-value or special-category goods require prior written approval and all mandatory permits, declarations, packaging and labels.
  • Unless expressly included in a written quotation, customs duty, VAT, tax, inspection, permit, port, terminal, storage, demurrage, detention, re-delivery and government charges are payable by the customer, importer, exporter or receiver as applicable.
  • Quoted transit times are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs inspection, airline or shipping-line schedules, weather, congestion, security checks, government action and force-majeure events may change the delivery timeline.
  • Cargo insurance is separate unless specifically stated in writing. Any liability or compensation is determined under the accepted quotation, the selected carrier's conditions and the current FLYEX BD Terms and Conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is same-day delivery available everywhere in Bangladesh?

No. Same-day availability depends on the pickup time, delivery area, capacity and service coverage.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery?

COD may be provided to approved merchants under agreed limits, charges and settlement cycles.

What happens if the receiver is unavailable?

The shipment may be re-attempted or returned according to the merchant agreement, and additional charges may apply.

Can customers inspect products before payment?

Inspection or open-box delivery is available only when expressly included in the merchant service rules.
