These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the FLYEX BD website, customer account, courier booking, tracking, wallet, payment, recharge, notification and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access. We may require phone, email, identity, document or address verification before enabling selected services.
2. Service availability
Services, routes, destination countries, rates, delivery estimates, payment methods, recharge products and operational hours may change. A displayed rate or estimate is not final until the shipment or transaction has been reviewed and accepted. We may refuse, pause or cancel a request where information is incomplete, the item is restricted, payment is not completed, verification is required, or service is unavailable.
3. Booking and shipment information
You must provide complete and truthful sender, recipient, address, parcel, weight, quantity, value and contents information. Chargeable weight, customs value and final charges may be adjusted after physical inspection, measurement, documentation review or courier assessment. You authorize us and our service partners to inspect, document and process a shipment where reasonably necessary.
4. Prohibited and restricted items
You must not submit illegal, dangerous, explosive, flammable, corrosive, counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, improperly packaged or undeclared items. Medicines, food, cosmetics, batteries, liquids, chemicals, valuables, documents and regulated goods may require approvals or special handling. You are responsible for checking origin, transit and destination restrictions before booking.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
The sender is responsible for accurate declarations and supporting documents. Import duty, tax, customs charge, storage, inspection, brokerage, penalty or destination fee may be payable by the sender or recipient depending on the shipment and destination rules. Unless expressly included, those charges are not part of the displayed courier price.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices may include shipping, handling, VAT, export declaration or other listed charges. You must pay the amount shown on the final invoice or approved transaction. Payment is complete only after confirmation from the applicable payment provider and our system. Failed, reversed, duplicated or disputed payments may be investigated and corrected.
7. Wallet and recharge services
Wallet credits may be used only through available services and are not a bank deposit. Mobile recharge and offer recharge requests are sent to external providers and may become irreversible once accepted by the operator. You are responsible for checking the phone number, operator, amount and offer before submission.
8. Delivery time and tracking
Delivery dates and tracking updates are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, flight schedules, security checks, incorrect addresses, recipient availability, strikes, network delays, carrier operations or events outside reasonable control. A delay does not automatically create a right to compensation or refund.
9. Packaging, loss and damage
You are responsible for suitable packaging unless a separate packing service is purchased. Claims for loss, shortage or damage must be reported promptly with the booking number, photographs, invoice, proof of value and any requested evidence. Any liability is subject to the accepted service, declared value, courier partner rules, available insurance and applicable law.
10. Returns and undeliverable shipments
A shipment may be returned, held, destroyed or otherwise handled where delivery fails, the recipient refuses it, customs rejects it, charges remain unpaid, the address is incorrect or the item is prohibited. Return, storage, customs and handling costs may be charged to the customer.
11. Reviews, uploads and communications
You must not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content. You grant us permission to store and display a review or material you submit for publication, subject to your rights and our moderation. Service messages may be sent by email, SMS, web notification, phone or connected messaging service.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, payment risk, abusive conduct, security threats, repeated violations or legal requirements. You may request account deletion, but transaction and shipment records may be retained where necessary.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, FLYEX BD is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption, customs action, third-party service failure or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for loss, cost, claim or penalty caused by inaccurate declarations, prohibited contents, insufficient packaging, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful use or breach of these terms.
15. Changes and governing rules
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. These terms are interpreted under the laws and competent courts applicable to FLYEX BD's operation in Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
